  Earle H. West, President, held a series of technical and management positions at Bell Laboratories, served as Director of Internet Applications at Coreon. He also served as VP and a co-founder of Lemur Networks. His experience includes the design of system security for AT&T's Commercial E-Business web sites, design of Lucent's 5ESS-based E-911 service, AT&T's Voice-Mail system, Coreon's ISP-in-a-rack, and Lemur Network's directory-based IP service activation platform.
